Terms of service

Who provides the service

The service

For a flat $99 CAD, we pick up to 30 used-car dealerships that match your request, and an AI voice assistant calls them during business hours. She tells each business the call is recorded for you and always answers honestly if asked whether she's an AI. She asks every dealer the same questions (availability, the all-in price, a test drive, your trade-in and, if you finance, the financing) and writes down the answers. We email you a table of those answers, with the recording and transcript of every call, within 3 business days of receiving your form.

The service is available anywhere in Canada and the United States.

What the service doesn't do

• We don't sell, lease or buy any vehicle, and we don't negotiate on your behalf.
• We don't apply for credit, and we take no commission or payment from dealers.
• We don't give financial advice. Dealers' answers are reported as given; they're not an offer or a guarantee of financing.
• The purchase, the financing and any warranty are settled directly between you and the dealer.

Price and payment

The price is $99 CAD. At checkout, Stripe only authorizes your card: the amount is held, not charged. You're charged when we send you the table of answers. If no dealer we call says yes to your request, we cancel the authorization and you pay nothing. If you cancel before the calls start, we cancel the authorization. A card authorization lasts about 7 days: if the table can't be sent in time (for example, if the form comes in late), it expires on its own and you pay nothing.

Distance contract

This is a distance contract under Québec's Consumer Protection Act. You get the payment receipt and a link to these terms by email. You can cancel the contract in the cases that law provides for.
